Community builds on the work of Martin Luther King Jr.

NILES — Members of the South County Democratic Party partnered with the NAACP Monday to host a celebration to honor the life and legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. at the Bell Building.

Those who attended were addressed by leaders of the community, inspired by King’s work as a civil rights leader.
