Werner H. and Gloria (Scott) Linde, of Niles, will celebrate their 50th anniversary on Dec. 9 at Huntly Baptist Church in Niles.

They wed on Dec. 9, 1967, in Clay Township, Indiana.

Their children are Werner K. Linde, Wendell Linde, Chris (Linde) Mattiford and Theresa Linde Hershberger. Their grandchildren are Nick and Katie Mattiford, Christopher Clubb and Kacey Linde, Kayla Hershberger and Kyle Hershberger.

Werner attended Central High School in South Bend. He worked for Bayer Corporation in customer service.

Gloria is a Niles High School graduate. She worked as a banker.
