Downtown Niles businesses greeted a wide array of characters Saturday for the annual downtown trick-or-treat event. In spite of chilly temperatures, children of all ages dressed up as Disney princesses, Ninja Turtles, scary creatures, animals and more to receive candy and other treats from downtown merchants.
