Orpurt 60th anniversary

Orpurt

Rev. Elton and Imogene Orpurt, of Niles, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on Sept. 14, 1957.

Elton is a retired pastor and Imogene is a retired secretary.

Their children are Kari Orpurt, of South Bend, Kraig (Barb) Orpurt, of Niles, Katrina Marx of Niles, Kurt (Dawn) Orpurt, of Niles.

Their grandchildren are Josh (Krystal) Roberts, of Elkhart, Jenna (Kyle) Roberts, of South Bend, Madison and Makenzie Marx, of Portage, Garret and Gracie Orpurt, of Niles.

They have three great-grandchildren, with one more on the way.

The couple had a celebration for their wedding anniversary on Sept. 10 at the Buchanan Senior Center.
