Dion Lee Bice Jr., 20, of Edwardsburg, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 20, 2017.

Dion was born on Jan. 2, 1997, to Dion and Amanda.

He graduated from Edwardsburg High School in 2015. DJ will always be remembered as a kind caring soul who loved to help others. He loved spending his free-time skateboarding. DJ made friends everywhere he went and enjoyed meeting new people.

DJ is survived by his parents, Dion (Denise Houck) Bice Sr. of Niles and Amanda (Jeremy) King of Edwardsburg; paternal grandmother, Ginger Bice of Niles; maternal grandparents, Patrick McCrory of Cassopolis and Vickey (Bill) Cain-McAbee of Niles; siblings, Codey Nastos of Mishawaka, Daltin Bice of Edwardsburg, Bradlee King of Union, Amberlyn Bice of Parma and Darin Bice of Edwardsburg; and many extended family members and close friends.

A time of visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 24, at Brown Funeral Home. Funeral services to celebrate DJ’s life will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 25th, at Brown Funeral Home.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the funeral home. Donations can be sent to 521 E Main St., in Niles, or by telephone.
