Host Cassopolis was defeated by Lake Michigan Catholic 4-1 in the first of two semifinals in the Division 2 district soccer tournament Thursday.

Michigan Lutheran edged Bridgman 2-1 in the second semifinal at Ross Beatty Jr./Sr. High School.

The Lakers and Titans will meet for the district championship at 5 p.m. Saturday in Cassopolis.
