Alice Mae Poe-McDonald died on Sunday, June 5, 2016, in Jacksonville, Florida. She leaves to cherish her memory: her daughter Patricia, her sons Kenneth and Ronald; daughter-in-laws Christa and Carmen; grandchildren, John Pilkey, Logan, Devonshire, Lindsey, and Coleman. She is preceded in death, by her husband Kenneth, and daughter Kathryn.

Born in Frankfort, Kentucky Alice was a long-time resident of Dowagiac, before moving to Florida to live with her daughter Patricia. She will best be remembered for her sweet, southern charm and hospitality.

A memorial service is being held at the Christian Faith Fellowship, 7216 Old Middleburg Road South, Jacksonville, Florida 32210, on Monday, June 13.
