ST. JOSEPH, Mich. — Join shops and businesses in southwest Michigan as they celebrate the 2016 Senior PGA Championship presented by KitchenAid.  Thirty locations will host a blinged out, themed, or fun packaged KitchenAid stand mixer in their store.

KitchenAid and St. Joseph Today have partnered on coordinating the event. “The event was well received by downtown St. Joseph merchants and this year we really wanted to expand the reach and involve more businesses,” said Whitney Behnke, executive director of St. Joseph Today.  The stand mixers are on display now through May 29 – the end of the Championship. Behnke adds, “Many of the locations are raffling off their mixers and raising money to donate to local charities. This is a great example of community support and involvement.”

The participating locations are: ARS Gallery & Culture Center, Benton Harbor Public Library, Bit of Swiss Bakery, Bread + Bar by Bit of Swiss, The Candlestick Maker, Chalet on the Lake, Days of Yore Antiques, Edgewater Bank, FuzzyButz, Gallery on the Alley, Grins of St. Joseph, Kilwins, Lakeshore Excellence Foundation, Lambrecht’s Liquors, Lana’s Boutique, Lazy Ballerina Winery, Lazy Daisy, The Livery Microbrewery, Mimi’s Cupcakes/Design by Lisa, Olive Cart, Papa Vino’s, Purely Michigan, ReVive Spa, Silver Harbor Brewing Company, Southwest Michigan Symphony Orchestra, St. Joseph Today, State Street Antiques, Water Street Glassworks, White Pine Winery.
