A felony firearm charge and a habitual offender notice were dismissed as part of the agreement. The felony firearm charge would have carried a mandatory two years in prison, consecutive to any other sentence.

Fink will receive his sentence from Cass County Circuit Court Judge Michael Dodge on June 3.

In total, Fink pleaded guilty to 13 counts, including conspiracy to commit armed robbery and four separate counts of armed robbery.

The robbery charges carry with them a maximum penalty of life in prison.

The charges stem from robberies at the Lenny’s Marathon Station in Milton Township and the Sunrise Liquor Store in Howard Township in September and October of 2015.

Fink’s habitual priors included convictions in Ohio for aggravated robbery and home invasion.
