April 14, 1960 — April 10, 2016

DiGe K. Kolberg, 55, of Berrien Center, passed away on Sunday, April 10, 2016, at Lakeland Regional Medical, St. Joseph, after a long battle with cancer.

DiGe was born on April 14, 1960, to the late Richard L. and Genevieve Bromley in Niles. She graduated from Buchanan High School. On Dec. 24, 1988, she married John Kolberg at a ceremony in Niles.

DiGe was a survivor of six cancers, she loved having her nails done and was known for her beautiful survivor tattoo. Most of all DiGe loved her family and was very involved with her nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

She is survived by her husband of 27 years, John; sisters, Janyce (Robert) Clancy and Cindy (Ron) Samolczyk; brother, Richard (Karen) Bromley; many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

DiGe was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Genevieve Bromley.

Memorial services for DiGe will be held at 11 am on Wednesday, April 13, 2016, at Hoven Funeral Home, Buchanan.
