Darlene Shetterly, 72, of Cassopolis, died peacefully Sunday evening, March 20, 2016, in the comfort and presence of her friend Jesse Binns in the Cass County Medical Care Facility in Cassopolis, Michigan.

She was born Myrna Darlene Page on Sept. 1, 1943, in Harvey, Illinois to Clarence and Lola (Greenfield) Page. She married Leslie Austin Shetterley Oct. 6, 1967 in Cassopolis, Michigan. He preceded her in death in 2001. She was also preceded by her parents and three brothers, L. R. Page, A. D. Page, and I. L. Page.

Darlene owned Michiana Land Title as an independent title worker. She liked her animals, Fannie Mae, the goose, and Bo, the dog, and her flowers.

Darlene will be missed by her friends, especially Jack and Marla Binns of Cassopolis; Jesse Binns of Cassopolis. Her remains will be laid to rest beside her late husband, Leslie Shetterly in Prospect Hill Cemetery in Cassopolis.
