SMC vocal music program featured at upcoming concert

A Valentine’s Day concert at Niles High School sponsored by the Kiwanis Club delivers an evening of entertainment by Southwestern Michigan College’s vocal music program.

SMC Director of Choral Activities David Carew said the concert features Select Voices, the Vocal Jazz Ensemble and voice faculty — Paul Mow, Melissa Whitaker-Auvil, Heidi Ferris and Marcus Roll.

The concert takes place Friday, Feb. 12, at 7 p.m.

Tickets will be available at the door for $10.

All proceeds support Boots for Kids, Niles High School scholarships and other projects that help children.
