Niles 2-2 at Lakeshore Super Duals

STEVENSVILLE — The Niles wrestling team went 2-2 at the Lakeshore Super Duals Saturday.

The Vikings (14-5) defeated Rockford 57-10 and Coldwater 51-12. Niles was defeated by No. 5-ranked Eaton Rapids 38-32 and No. Z-ranked Springport 34-27.

Springport finished the day to claim the team title, while host Lakeshore and Eaton Rapids were both 3-1.

Coldwater and Rockford both went 0-4.

Going undefeated on the day for Niles were Cade Stephenson (112), Andrew Flick (119) and Brenden Hall (130). Finishing 3-1 were Mitchell Findeisen (135), Courtland Lamberton (140), Quintin Smith (152) and Braulio Sosa (215).
