Molly Jo is survived by her daughter, Mary Jo Ogren of South Bend; her son, Michael (Lauren) Ogren of Niles, Michigan; two grandsons, Thomas and Luke Ogren; one sister, Sandra Ramey of Phoenix, Arizona; her brother, Robert Taylor of Bay City, Michigan; and three special friends: Diane Follmer, Lori Harding, and Faith Orem. Her parents; her sister, Carol Ferguson; and her brother, Bud Haskin, preceded her in death.

Molly Jo will be remembered as a loving mother who made sure that her children knew that they were perfect and special and that she loved them more than anyone else in the world. She was thrilled to become Nana Jo a few years ago with the births of Thomas and Luke and took much joy in watching the boys laugh and play. She was also a devoted mommy to her three kitties, who were her constant companions. She loved them almost as much as her human children! Molly was extremely creative, crafty, and generous and spent countless hours making handmade quilts, afghans, and other homemade gifts for her family and friends, gifts that they will treasure forever.

Friends may visit with the family from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 9, 2016, at Palmer Funeral Home-Hickey Chapel, 17131 Cleveland Road, South Bend, followed by a Memorial Service at 3 p.m.
