Tricia “Trish” Peters (nee Kostielney) passed away on June 20, 2015, in Phoenix, Arizona due to liver and kidney failure. She just celebrated her 45th birthday.

Tricia was born on June 19, 1970, in South Bend, Indiana. She married Kris Peters in 1994. The Peters moved to Arizona in 2010. Tricia was a kind and loving person with a passion for books and animals.

Tricia is survived by her husband, Kris; her daughter, Nicole Coussens; her mother and step-father, Barbara and Richard Milewski; her step-mother, Janet Kostielney; three brothers, a sister and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, James Kostielney and her sister, Jennifer Unger-Payne.

A memorial service for Tricia will take place on Thursday, July 2 at 4:00 p.m. with Visitation one hour prior, at Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Tricia’s life.

Although Tricia loved flowers, in lieu of flowers, please donate to an animal rescue organization of your choice, because her love of animals was far greater.
