Great job, coach

I see my daughter picked the right sport to play.
Jill Weber, Niles Community Schools is blessed to have you as their tennis coach. Yet coaching is not all you do. You build upon those life lessons that parents try to instill in their children.
At the awards dinner the other night it wasn’t just the food that filled me up, although it was delicious. My heart was filled with joy.
You see coach, you inspire each player. I heard it through their laughter. It’s contagious.
You provided each player with positive feedback from the season. I can see their self esteem beaming through their smiles. You give not only your time on the court but in your house, at the lake, at the homes of other players and at T.J. Maxx. I saw the pictures and heard many comments/laughter about each picture.
What fun all of you had this year and the memories of high school that you helped shaped for every student.
Not once do I recall you mentioning how the season ended for the team again, coach, you taught them that winning isn’t everything and throughout life we all have our up and down moments.
Coach, you are very humble and very much appreciated.
From a proud parent.
