BANGOR —Visiting Dowagiac gave up four runs over the final two innings as Bangor defeated the Chieftain 5-4 in non-conference baseball Wednesday.

Dowagiac led 3-0 and 4-1 before the Vikings rallied for three runs in the bottom of the sixth and the winning-run in the bottom of the seventh.

Nick Foote, the sixth Chieftain pitcher, took the loss.

Brenden Dudley went 3-for-4 with an RBI, while Daquan Brooks doubled for the Chieftains.
