Memorial Day in quotes

Whether you are watching a parade or grilling burgers in the backyard with your family this Memorial Day, make sure you take some time to think about the meaning behind this federal holiday.

Held on the last Monday in May, Memorial Day is time devoted to remembering the people who died while serving in the U.S. armed forces.

There aren’t enough words to sum up the gratitude we should all feel for those who made the ultimate sacrifice to preserve our freedoms. Let’s hope our generation and generations to come will do the same if called upon.
