Erica Mitchell, Clara Cornwell and Jasmine Dougherty all scored two goals as Buchanan blanked visiting New Buffalo 8-0 in a BCS Athletic Conference West Division victory Monday.

Mitchell opened the scoring in both halves, while Cornwell scores back-to-back goals in the 31st and 32nd minutes.

Also scoring for the Bucks, who outshot the Bison 35-4 were Jada and Alexis Meahl.

Bailey McCarty had two saves for Buchanan. New Buffalo’s Mariah Scissom had 16 saves.
