The Brandywine softball team split a pair of non-league games against visiting Hartford Monday.

The Indians took the opening game 7-5, while the Bobcats won the nightcap 16-10.

Morgan Crocker had a home run and Michaela Hartline doubled in the opening game.

Justin Sater tripled and homered for the Bobcats (15-12) in the nightcap. Kelly Harper also hit a home run for Brandywine, which also got two doubles from Ayralyn LaSane.

Crocker picked up the victory.
