Kai Alexander Greer, 18, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 4, 2015. Kai was born on Nov. 19, 1996, to Ken and Kathryn (Bruner) Greer in Hobart, Indiana.

Kai was a senior at Niles New Tech and was an avid gamer. He loved computers and will always be remembered for his quirky sense of humor.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Sharon Gordon and maternal grandfather, Kenneth Bruner.

Kai is survived by his parents, Ken and Kathryn (Bruner) Greer of Niles; brother, Kane Greer of Niles; paternal grandfather Charles Greer of Roseland; girlfriend, Hailey Osburn of Missouri and many extended family members and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, May 8, with a time of visitation from 4 until 7 p.m.
