Brandywine improves to 14-2 with sweep of LMC

ST. JOSEPH — Visiting Brandywine remained undefeated in the BSC Athletic Conference West Division after sweeping Lake Michigan Catholic Wednesday.

The Bobcats (14-2, 6-0 West) won 4-0 in the opening game and 16-3 in the nightcap.

Toby Fox picked up the win as he tossed a one-hitter in the first game.

Brandywine had six hits, including a double by Seth Brown.

In the second game, Matt Vaughn allowed three runs on six hits to earn the victory.

The Bobcats banged out 12 hits led by Cole Searles, who had a pair of doubles. Austin Balos also doubled for Brandywine.
