Paw Paw takes pair from Chieftains

PAW PAW — The Dowagiac baseball team dropped a pair of Wolverine West Division games to host Paw Paw Friday.

The Chieftains fell 7-6 in the first game and then 10-0 in five innings in the nightcap.

Mack Charles took the loss in the opener, while Matt Smith suffered the loss in the second game.

In the first game, Eric Walker had a pair of doubles, while Smith also doubled.

In the nightcap, Collin Hassle doubled for the Chieftains.
