White Pigeon wins BCS jamboree

White Pigeon, led by medalist Jordan Olsen, captured the BCS Athletic Conference Golf Jamboree at Diamond Lake Thursday.

The Chiefs shot 166 to easily defeat runner-up Bridgman, which shot 184. Brandywine finished fourth with a 187, while host Cassopolis was fifth with a 189.

Olsen shot a one-over par 36 to win medalist honors.

Alec DeJonge shot 39 to lead the Bobcats, while Collin Carlisle shot 45 for the Rangers.
