Andrea Hatter is the latest recipient of the Bel Canto Award from the Dowagiac Union High School Choir. According to Jeff Robinson, choir director, the award recognizes the choral student that most embodies the spirit and commitment to the love of singing and contributes by paying it forward to the Dowagiac community.
