Billy Presley, 64, of Niles, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 19, 2014, at Lakeland Hospital in Niles on Monday, May 19, 2014.

Billy was born on Oct. 15, 1949, to the late Earnest and Maxine (Lee) Presley in Cheraw, South Carolina.

In August of 1995 Billy wed Mary (Young) Presley. After her death Billy fell in love with Beverly Haynes and together they blended their two families. Billy was a welder by trade and was always working.

Billy is preceded in death by his parents Earnest Presley and Maxine Polson and sisters Diane Presley and Kay Skipper.

He is survived by his girlfriend and companion Beverly Haynes; children Billy Presley Jr. of South Bend, Indiana, April (Delray) Brooks of South Bend and Melissa (Darrell) Camp of Niles; stepchildren Sherry (Eric) Erickson of Cassopolis, Michigan, Linda (David) Paff of South Bend, Eric Jorgensen of Niles and Kathy Lintz of South Bend; 16 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; siblings Durand Presley of South Carolina, Earnest (Nancy) Presley of Macon, Georgia, Gloria (Eddie) Bivans of Missouri and Wanda Morris of South Carolina and many nieces and nephews.

A time of visitation will be held from noon until 2 p.m. Friday, May 23, 2014, at Brown Funeral Home in Niles with funeral services beginning at 2 p.m.
