Brian Scott Allender, 42, of Buchanan, Mich., passed away on Saturday, March 22, 2014, at home. He was born on Dec. 12, 1971, in Niles, Mich. to Glen and Glenora Allender.

He is survived by his father, Glen of Buchanan, son; Gabrial Allender of Tennessee; three brothers, Steven Allender of Buchanan, Mich., Shane Hill of Murfeesboro, Ark., Ronnie Scoggins of Elkhart, Ind.; and two sisters, Glenda Allender of Buchanan, and Dawn Fink of Hot Springs, Ark.

Brian is preceded in death by his mother; Glenora, who passed in 2005, and brother; Jerry Hill, who passed in 2013.

Funeral service for Brian will be 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 29, 2014, at Hoven Funeral Home in Buchanan with Bishop Alfred Deeds officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at 10 a.m. Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. on Monday, March 31, 2014 at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Buchanan.
