EDWARDSBURG — The Brandywine tennis team went 0-3 at the Edwardsburg Quad Monday.

The Bobcats were defeated by the host Eddies 5-3 in the opening round and then by Vicksburg 5-3 in the second round.

Coldwater defeated Edwardsburg 8-0 in the final match of the day.

Brandywine’s No. 2 singles player, Chance Smith, went 2-1 on the day, while Michael Robbins, Tanner Bourdon and Kyle Duncan were all 1-2 at first, third and fourth singles respectively.

Nate Hechtl and Chad Brooks were 1-2 at No. 4 doubles for the Bobcats.

Brandywine is back on the court Wednesday as it hosts Galesburg-Augusta.
