Eva Dawson, 67

Eva Dawson, 67, of Edwardsburg, passed March 11, 2012, after an illness.
Eva was former owner of the Curling Iron beauty salon in Elkhart, the Craft Patch retail outlet in Shipshewana and then retired from Edwardsburg Schools, where she worked in the cafeteria.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald; son, Scott (Jennifer) Dawson of Edwardsburg; two stepsons, Ron and Rod Dawson, both of Clarksville, Tenn; three grandchildren, Mya, Macy and Max; a sister, Barbara Moore of Dowagiac; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Geraldine Garn, Janice Stapleton and Sharon Smodla.
The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
Arrangements are by Paul E. Mayhew Funeral Home, Edwardsburg.
