Buchanan City Hall will be open until 7 p.m. today and on Jan. 26 to sell Thrill on the Hill passes and to sign up volunteers to help the Buchanan Fire Department sell food at the American Legion on Jan. 28, the day of the event.

VIP passes, which include Friday and Saturday tubing, cost $10. Passes for just Saturday are $3. Tubing will be 6 to 9 p.m. Jan. 27 and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Jan. 28.
