Victor ‘Zeek’ Hartline, 46

Victor “Zeek” Hartline, 46, of Cottage Grove, Tenn., died Sunday, Dec. 11, 2011, at 11:07 a.m. He passed away peacefully at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, Tenn., following a long illness.

Born July 6, 1965 in Niles, Zeek was a devoted husband, loving father, beloved brother and son, an honorable friend and an avid biker. On March 15, 1993, Zeek was married to his soul mate, Eva Hartline.

They were happy together for more than 23 years.He served in the U.S. Navy, was a member of the Christian Motorcycle Association, Southern Cruisers and American Legion.

His grandparents, Irvan and Lilly Roebeck; grandmother, Mary Diggs; and his sister, Tonya Robinson, preceded him in death.

He is survived by wife, Eva Hartline, of Cottage Grove Tenn.; sons, JT Hartline and fiancee Kana Royalty, Paul Hartline and wife, Michelle, of Murray Ky., and Victor Hartline and fiancee, Candice Yarboroughm of Concord N.C.; eight grandchildren; father, Ron Hartline, of Buchanan; his mother; brother, Brian Hartline, of Niles; brother, Brent Hartline, of Niles; sister, Millie McLouth, of Bear Lake, Mich.; brother, Jean Paul, of Michigan; and his many dear friends and comrades.
