Don’t worry, food is on the way.

Students of Brandywine Elementary are bringing in food for Brandywine families in need.

Students are bringing all kinds of food, including ravioli, cereal, potatoes and other food.

Teachers and students are doing a wish list of food; each class is trying to get all the food on the list. So far are goal is to help 17 families in need for food.

Also the money that is raised from “Catittudes” rewards and from the students’ money they bring in will go to more food like chicken. The school has been helping families for six years.

Mrs. Mickiewicz the special ed teacher is the one behind all this by collecting food and checking who completed the list.

The way she finds out who needs the food is by asking teachers who they think needs it, or by sending a form to ask if they are in need.
