Cass County residents who are part of the southern migration to Florida or parts south may plan to attend the annual Cass County Picnic in February.
Cass County snowbirds and visitors are invited to attend the picnic, which is Thursday, Feb. 16, in Sarasota, Fla. at Twin Lakes Park, just off Interstate 75 in Sarasota.
Bring a dish to pass and a lawn chair.
