Agnes Helen (Ballard) VanAntwerp, 84, of Granger, Ind., died at 7:15 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 4, 2011, in her
home.
She was born Nov. 25, 1927, in Manila, Ark., to Mack and Flossie (Tate) Morris. Agnes enjoyed cooking, gardening, canning and spending time with her grandchildren. She worked at Electrovoice in Buchanan for 17 years and Teledyne Metal Forming in Buchanan for 17 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William C. VanAntwerp; one son, Charles Edward Ballard; two sisters and one brother.
Surviving is a daughter, Barbara S. Grasso of Granger; four grandchildren, Jimmie D. Juhasz, Jr., Shelly D. Ward, William Ballard and Anthony Ballard; five great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and one sister, Mildred (Al) Cox of Oregon.
Visitation will be from noon to p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7, at Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Pastor Bob Vale will preside and burial will follow in Adamsville Cemetery.
