The Barn Swallow Theatre Board of Governors will conduct its annual meeting at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 19 at the new theater building located at 22334 U.S. Highway 12 East, Edwardsburg.
The financial report for the 2011 performance year will be given, as well as an overview of the season’s theatrical presentations.
The agenda will include appointments to three board positions beginning Jan. 1 and ending Dec. 31, 2014.  Additionally, action to approve the proposed revision of Barn Swallow Theatre will be taken.
