Niles’ Sam VandenHeede earned both All-West Division and All-Big 16 Conference cross country honors this past fall.

The Vikings’ Bridgett Carpenter also earned All-West Division status.

There were 15 members of the All-West Division for the boys and 16 runners for the girls. The all-conference team consisted of 21 runners.
