Barn Swallow Theatre Board of Governors will hold its November meeting at 10 a.m. Saturday at 22334 U.S. Highway 12 east of the intersection of M-62 and U.S. 12, Edwardsburg, adjacent to Four Lakes Country Club.
The agenda will include final plans for the fundraising event to be held at 7 p.m. featuring the Barbershop Quartet “The Reveliers” and its annual homemade pie auction.  Additionally, a review of the corporation’s bylaws and preparations for the annual meeting Nov. 19 will be discussed.
Preliminary plans for the 2012 performance season will be an agenda item. Directors interested in presentations for the coming season or its 2012 productions are invited to submit offerings at this time and attend the meeting.
A work session to prepare the theater for the Saturday night event will be held at 6 p.m. Friday. Members and friends are invited to attend both the Friday and Saturday meetings, as well as the fundraiser on Saturday evening. For information call 445-2511.
