Robert Roy Brewster, 93, of Charlotte, N.C. died Monday Aug. 8, 2011 at his residence.
Brewster
Born May 23, 1918 in South Bend, Ind., he was the son of the late Roy Brewster and Alice Miltenberger Brewster.
A retired electrician, he was employed with Bosch, formerly Bendix; was a member of the Electricians Union; a World War II Army veteran and enjoyed farming, deer and mushroom hunting.
Graveside services will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 11 at Dailey Church Cemetery, 27046 Dunning St., Cassopolis.
Survivors are his daughter, Karen Helms and her husband, Robert, of Charlotte; sons, Jerry Stanley and wife, Ellen, of Osceola, Ind., Carl Brewster and wife, Donna, of Cassopolis; five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Henrietta Yochim Brewster, and three sisters.
