Ron’s life began on Dec. 20, 1934, in Johnson City, Ill., the son of Robert and Edna Fay (Pemberton) Leck.  He was united in marriage to the former Inez Anthony on Aug. 23, 1974 in Michigan City.

Ron was a construction project manager for several years and retired as the Vice President of Power Systems.

He was an avid golfer, playing in several area golf leagues at many of the local courses.

He and Inez enjoyed golfing in the couple’s golf league and when it came time to trade in the golf clubs for a bowling ball, they enjoyed the couple’s league at Lakes Bowl in Sister Lakes.

Ron cared for and loved his family, especially his grandchildren very much.
