OLIVET – It may be cloudy and damp, but the Division 3 Regional Golf Tournament at The Medalist is under way.

The tournament started on time and play seems to be moving along at a brisk pace. The storms that have lingered in southwest lower Michigan seem to be staying south of Olivet, which is just north and east of Battle Creek.

Two hours into the tournament, most players have probably complete only a handful of holes.
