Athlete appreciation dinner held

Niles Athletic Booster club held the Senior Athlete Appreciation Dinner Sunday, May 15.
All senior athletes and their families were invited to attend, along with coaches. All athletes were honored and scholar-athletes were also recognized (athletes with GPA of 3.5 or better).
Niles Athletic Booster club gave away a pair of $500 scholarships. One was awarded to Taylor Glick and the second to Chris Noble.
The Ed Weede Award was given a male and female athlete. These recipients were Riley Robson and Nicole Sly.
The Jospeh Whitwam Award was given to one male and one female athlete for sportsmanship.
This was awarded to Chris Noble and Whitney Ellis.
