INDIANAPOLIS – Danica Patrick moved her way into the top 10 at lap 116, moving up nine spots from her starting spot of 25.

Oriol Servia, who missed the race last year and is in only his third Indianapolis 500, took the lead from Dario Franchitti after the restart and moved nearly a half-second ahead of the former race winner at lap 119.

The other three cars in the top five were Marco Andretti, Scott Dixon and Indianapolis native Ed Carpenter.

Three-time winner Helio Castroneves was a lap down as the race neared the three-quarter mark.

With 75 laps remaining in the race, Servia remained the leader with Franchitti, Dixon, Andretti and Dan Wheldon rounding out the top five.

Patrick was still 10th with Tony Kanaan moving up to 12th as he continues to claw his way back from pit issues.

The average speed of the race at lap 175 was 170.486.
