COMSTOCK — The Dowagiac baseball team split a doubleheader with host Comstock on Tuesday.

The Chieftains won the opener as Zac Hyatt struck out 12 and hit a home run as Dowagiac won 5-0.

Comstock took the second game 10-6. Hyatt had a double.
