No more ‘dens of sin’

Dear editor:
What, another casino?
I have seen many items and letters that make me want to speak out but have stayed out of the fracas, but the subject of casinos is the straw that broke the camel’s back. The question of the day, Friday, April 1, on Channel 22 was, “Can Michigan support another casino?”
I think the question should have been, “Should Michigan support another casino?”
Absolutely not. The last thing we need in Michigan is more houses of sin. Just to attract more gambling, prostitution and untold other crimes.
It doesn’t make sense to eliminate jobs by the traitors in our country sending manufacturing over seas to keep from paying taxes and then try to replace those jobs with gambling, then spend more money that we don’t have to fight the crime that comes with it.
I recommend that all those who feel the way I do to call all our politicians and ask them to not allow any more dens of sin to be built in Michigan.
