To the editor:

Why is it that  there isn’t a nursing home in the Edwardsburg area, and why haven’t our Cass County commissioners moved on it? It would be beneficial to all in the area.

The closest one for us is the Cass County Medical Facility, and it not easy to get into, and always seems to be filled.

Why do the most of us living in Edwardsburg have to depend on the state south of us for this type of medical attention?

This issue is big business, and it will employ many people and they can take care of people from our area, and also pull in people from the southern state.

Maybe the editor from the newspaper could investigate nursing homes and follow up with a story on it.

Take a look at Edwardsburg, and see where help for the elderly is needed.
