The Niles freshmen and JV boys’ basketball teams were both winners Tuesday night.

The Vikings’ freshmen team defeated visiting Battle Creek Central 67-60.

Tate Brawley had 22 points, while Jeremy Wortham and Dustin Taggart finished with 14 and 13 points respectively.

The Niles JV squad was a 61-52 winner over the Bearcats.

The Vikings were led by Anthony Bice’s 16 points. Niles also got 14 points from Alec Brown.

The Vikings are at Benton Harbor tonight.
