Raymond Parker, 83, of Brick Street in Niles, passed away at his home Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2010 with his family by his side.  Arrangements are currently pending with Brown Funeral Home & Cremation Services and Mission Hills Memorial Chapel, both of Niles.
