Wesley Oliver Tonkin, 83, was born Feb. 1, 1927 at 23 Parkway in Niles to the parents of Sidney and Irene (Kelly) Tonkin. He passed away at home at 5:20 p.m. and lived all his life in Niles.

Cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation.

Memorial contributions may be made in Mr. Tonkin’s memory to any veteran’s organizations.
