Brandywine’s Prestly second team All-State

Brandywine senior Kelsey Prestly earned second team Class C All-State honors from the Michigan Interscholastic Volleyball Coaches Association.

State champion Monroe St. Mary Catholic Central dominated the first team with a trio of players.

The Kestrels landed Sarah Brent (outside hitter), Michelle DeMarco (middle hitter) and Bailey Windham (setter) named to the first team.

Also on the first team were state runner-up St. Louis’ Danielle Morris (middle hitter).

Prestly also was named Class C All-Region, along with teammates Lauren Leonard and Jessy Cooper.
