Robert “Joe” Joseph Youngman, 62, of Niles, passed away at his home Nov. 22, 2010.

The family will be holding a memorial luncheon at the Bell Building located at 305 North Third St. in Niles Sunday, Dec. 5, 2010 beginning at 4 p.m.
